Eating Disorder Advocate
Almost four years ago when I began recovery for my own eating disorder I found that speaking out about my experience, advocating for others, and teaching about these terrible disorders kept me accountable for my actions. Speaking up and being a part of this community has remained a large part of who I am as a person and still keeps me accountable for my own recovery.
I am currently in the process of getting the Ophelia's Place Education and Empowerment Certificate.
